How to Use ManuCAD

1. Start your project

Create your account

Register your workspace, name and email. Sign in with your own account to keep customers and projects together.

Choose your package

Open Packages to compare 2D and 3D, check checkout availability and start an available trial or subscription.

Create a customer project

Press + New Project, choose Bioclimatic or PVC Pergola, enter a project name and select a customer, then press Create Project. Use + Add customer to create one there.

The Packages page shows the current checkout mode. In test mode, no real card is verified and no money is charged.

2. Draw, save and generate

Enter dimensions, roof options, colours and the opening systems needed for your project.
Use Live Preview to review the 2D layout as you change the settings.
With a 3D package, open 3D View to inspect the model and its moving systems.
Check that the project status shows Saved ✓ before leaving the editor. If saving fails, keep the page open and check your connection.
Press Generate Drawing, then open Generated Drawing to review the PDF. Use the PDF or DXF controls to download your output.
With multiple blocks, use Generate All Drawings when you need drawings for the whole project.

Return to My Projects to reopen a saved project or manage its customer and sharing links.

3. Share with your customer

2D + 3D packages

Share a PDF drawing

Save the project and generate its drawing.
Open My Projects, find the project and press Share drawings.
Select the drawing and choose a 7-day or 30-day expiry.
Press Create PDF link, copy the link and send it to your customer.

Your customer can view and download the PDF without creating an account.

3D package

Share an interactive 3D view

Open the project in 3D View and wait for the model to load.
Press Share 3D view beside the preview tabs.
Choose a 7-day or 30-day expiry and press Create 3D view link.
Copy the link and send it to your customer.

The customer can rotate, zoom, pan and open or close the moving systems. These controls change only their presentation.

Each link keeps the drawing or model version you shared. After changing your design, create a new link. Copy a newly created address before leaving the sharing panel.

To stop sharing, open the project in My Projects and revoke its PDF or 3D link.

Questions

Do I have to add a customer before drawing?

You can choose an existing customer or use + Add customer when creating a project. You can also leave No customer yet and assign one later in My Projects.

What happens when the 48-hour trial ends?

Drawing access ends and you are asked to confirm a subscription if you want to continue. There is no automatic subscription or charge. The Packages page shows the available options.

Does my customer need an account?

No. Customers open the PDF or 3D link you send them. A 3D presentation has viewing and opening controls; it does not let them save changes to your project.

Why can I not create a 3D link?

You need an active 3D package or 3D trial. Save your project, open 3D View and wait for the visible model to load before creating the link.

Can I return to my projects after my trial ends?

Your saved projects remain in your account. Open My Projects to see them and manage existing links. An active package is required to continue drawing and creating new sharing links.

How do I use the drawing page on a smaller screen?

Keep browser zoom at 100%. The drawing area adjusts to the window size. Scroll inside the settings panel to reach additional settings. In 3D, drag to rotate and scroll or pinch to zoom.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use Forgot password to request a reset link. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive, or contact support.
