Privacy and cookies

Information the website uses

• Account: your name, email address, workspace name and a password hash used for sign-in.
• Customers and projects: customer details, notes, drawing settings, generated PDF/DXF files and shared 3D models that you choose to save.
• Contact requests: your name, company, email, optional phone number, systems of interest and message.
• Access records: package and trial status, account sessions, password-reset records, login-attempt controls and administrative access changes.

What the information is used for

Information supports sign-in, saved customers and projects, drawing generation, package access, sharing, password recovery, support and protection against misuse.

Only enter customer information you are authorized to use. Avoid putting sensitive personal information in project notes or contact messages.

Workspace access and shared links

Authorized members of your workspace can access its records. Authorized ManuCAD operators may access information needed to operate and support the service.

Anyone who has a PDF or 3D sharing link can open it, including someone to whom it is forwarded. A PDF link permits viewing and downloading. A 3D link permits presentation controls without saving changes to your project.

Links expire after the selected period and can be revoked in My Projects. They show the drawing or model version captured when the link was created.

Cookies and storage on your device

The first-party manucad_session cookie keeps you signed in. The current sign-in session lasts up to 12 hours unless it is ended earlier.

Browser storage keeps drawing drafts, workspace settings and preferences on your device. Local storage can remain until replaced or cleared; session storage normally lasts for the browser tab. Signing out does not necessarily remove locally cached drawing data.

On a shared device, consider clearing ManuCAD site data after saving your work. Clearing browser storage can remove unsaved drafts and preferences.

Payments, providers and retention

The Packages page identifies the current checkout mode. Test checkout does not verify a real payment card or charge money. Do not submit real card details through the contact form.

Ending a trial does not automatically delete saved account, customer or project records. Backups can contain earlier copies of those records.

The final notice will identify the hosting, email and payment providers, processing locations, any international transfers and retention periods once the production setup is confirmed.

Questions and personal-data requests

Use the contact form for a privacy question or a request about personal data. Provide enough information to identify the relevant account or enquiry; never include your password.

Before public launch, this notice must identify the responsible operator, public contact details, applicable processing purposes and legal bases, recipients, retention rules and the process for exercising your rights.
